Organisation

[An organisation] is a set of people who share many beliefs, values, and assumptions that encorage them to make mutually-reinforcing interpretations of their own acts and the acts of others" [1]

However, it is debateable whether this is a definition of an an organisation (n), or an outcome of its organisation (v).
