Service Stage

Services can be considered to be carried out on a "Stage".

As shown in Service Blueprints, many actors may be working together on the stage to create the value of the service. This may, and should, include the service consumer.

Many scenes and acts may occur on the stage. Actors come and go. However, On-stage activities are important in the way other actors interact with the customer.

Consideration should be made how the concepts of Stage and Channel compare.
